Acknowledgment of risk, policies, and participant guidelines for SkatingHour classes.
Participants acknowledge that roller skating and inline skating are inherently risky physical activities. These risks include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, collisions with other participants, loss of balance, equipment failure, contact with rink boards or barriers, and varying or slippery surface conditions.
Participants understand that participation may result in minor or serious injuries, including but not limited to bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, concussions, head injuries, spinal injuries, paralysis, permanent disability, or death.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants and/or legal guardians release, waive, and discharge SkatingHour Corp. from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in skating activities.
All sessions are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, personal conflicts, travel, or vacations.
By enrolling and participating in our roller skating programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions stated above.
